Picture cards (Jacks, Queens and Kings) count as nothing, and when the values of a hand exceed 9 in double digits, the second digit is used to determine the final value of the hand.
After the initial totals of the Player and Banker hands are determined, the third card is dealt to each hand. The Player’s hand must draw when the total is 5 or less, and stand when the total is 6 or 7. The Banker’s hand can only stand on 8 or 9, as this is considered a natural. The dealer will then announce the results of the hand and pay out winning bets.
